Tees Grove closure planned from 29 September for development works
Upcoming Tees Grove / Foyle Road access closure is directly relevant to B38 residents and worth a practical notice before 29 September.
Birmingham City Council has published a temporary traffic notice preventing vehicles and pedestrians entering Tees Grove at its junction with Foyle Road from Tuesday 29 September 2026. The stated reason is development works. Access to frontages is to be maintained as necessary and a signed alternative vehicle route is expected. The legal order can remain in force for up to 18 months, but that is the maximum legal duration rather than evidence that the closure itself will last 18 months.
